Terms Of Service

1. Agreement

Terms between Client and Onchain Translator, Via Indipendenza 44, 40121 Bologna. Engaging services = full acceptance.

2. Services

Professional translation, localisation, transcreation, certified translation, AV translation, and related linguistic services. All delivered digitally unless sworn physical documents required.

3. Orders

Quotes based on volume, language pairs, domain, deadline. Valid 14 days. Contract on Stripe payment or written invoice acceptance.

4. Client Obligations

Final source materials within 3 working days. Reference materials if available. Consolidated feedback within 5 working days per QA pass. Single point of contact.

5. Confidentiality

All materials strictly confidential. NDAs with all linguists. Client-specific NDAs on request. Survives 5 years.

6. IP

Client owns translations on full payment. TM/glossaries are Client property. Source material remains Client IP. Onchain retains proprietary tools.

7. QA & Revisions

QA passes per plan. Consolidated requests within 14 days. Source changes quoted separately.

8. Liability

Limited to fees paid. No guaranteed commercial outcomes. Sworn translation validity warranted under Italian law.

9. Governing Law

Italian law. Bologna courts. EU ODR available. Updated: March 2026.
